The Challenge
Root was built from the ground up with a bold vision—to make Web3 tools accessible and useful for creators. With no existing frontend, Crazydes was tasked with shaping the entire product experience from scratch. The platform needed to support three distinct user types—creators, collectors, and curators—while keeping complex Web3 actions simple and intuitive. Creators needed an easy way to build and customize their storefronts. Collectors wanted a smooth, trustworthy purchase flow. Curators needed clean ways to showcase collections and manage listings. The product had to make complex Web3 tasks feel as simple as any mainstream web app.
The Solution
Crazydes redesigned the Root platform to deliver a clean, inviting, and Web3-native experience across the entire user journey. We started with the core creator dashboard, giving users an intuitive space to manage their storefront, mint NFTs, and view sales analytics in real time. We simplified the onboarding flow so creators could set up a branded page, upload content, and start selling with zero friction. From multi-chain wallet support to fiat/crypto payment integration, we made sure every decision supported a smooth, mainstream-accessible experience. Root now feels approachable for creators and powerful for Web3 users—exactly the blend needed for long-term community and commerce.
